The 2008 Tony Awards Best Musical "In The Heights" comes to the Performing Arts Magnet at Hollywood High.

An uplifting story about one of Manhattan's most vibrant communities on the brink of change. With a talented cast, incredible hip-hop dancing and a contemporary Latin-flavored score, In the Heights is an exhilarating journey into the lives of the residents of the Dominican-American neighborhood of Washington Heights in New York City. It's a place where the coffee is light and sweet, the windows are always open and the breeze carries the rhythms of three generations of music. Hollywood High is known for its top-notch productions. The set was created using the original Broadway designs by Anna Louizos.
